The Bandwagon

Being home presents various opportunities. I have easy access to a TV now. And so, I have jumped on the "Hockey Watcher's" bandwagon. I'm not missing a single Calgary Flames game from here on out. That is only if CBC has coverage. Since half their games are played at the same time as one or two other teams', I am lacking confidence that their games will even be broadcast by CBC.

Since arriving home I have been able to visit dad everyday, which is what I have been waiting for for the last few months. I suppose you could say that I have jumped on the "Lyle's Visitors" bandwagon. Many of you have stopped in to say, "hi" and to bless dad, he appreciates all of you. I have taken him down to the conveniently located monopolizing coffee house, I mean StarBucks, several times. Dad enjoys that. Right now he is struggling through another infection and the side effects. It shouldn't be too much longer until we are done Round 2 and then he has a week off before Round 3.
